Superior Floors, LLC takes great pride in the installation and refinishing of all types of wood floors. We are a full-service hardwood floor company with a wide range of experience. We will respect your home like it was our own.
Superior Floors offers many types of unfinished strip and plank hardwoods, custom milled floors with lengths up to 16', prefinished, (glued down or floating) engineered and beautiful reclaimed floors to choose from. We also offer many extra's to enhance the beauty of your home like borders, feature strips and medallions.

Superior Floors began in May of 1986 when the owner, Steve Fertig, branched off from his family and started his own business in the Reston/ Herndon, Virginia area. Steve started working with his father when he was a young boy. His father, Carl had a floor business in Springfield, VA since the 1950's. Steve & his brother, Glenn grew up in the floor business. Steve still plays a vital role and has a hands on approach to maintain the highest quality and job control.
Besides running Superior Floors, Steve is an avid sportsman. He enjoys local hunting and fishing and has also traveled out west and to Canada. He loves the Lord and is an active member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Winchester, VA.
Superior Floors is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We hope you will become one of those as well.
